I've been living at shadow hills now for almost 3 years. I have only had great experiences. The employees are great at what they do, they enjoy their jobs and it's obvious. Every time I have ever had a maintenance issue its fixed immediately no questions asked. Any type of problem I have its always resolved quickly because they truly appreciate their clients. They love your pets as if they are their own. They hold residency parties every month with raffles for free or reduced rent. I have referred a friend to move here and he loves his apartment. It's quiet, beautiful and serene. If you decide to check it out ask for Jose, Karis, or Scott and you will definitely be taken care of. Just signed my lease for the third time and I can't wait to see where the year takes me!
what can I say, wonderful staff always willing to help, friendly, and they always have a smile on there face. Jose is the man, Tabitha is new but very refreshing love the attitude full of smiles, can't leave out Karis or Scott.
I have 2 bad knees, and live on the 2nd floor when I came home a couple days ago there was a notice that they were starting valet garbage, I couldn't have asked for anything better, it felt like an early Christmas present....thank you.
