I love my new home at The Winfield of Scottsdale! The R.J. the manager was so helpful and friendly getting us all set up in our new digs! The whole atmosphere of the place is amazing, all of my neighbors are super friendly. My apartment is gorgeous inside and out with an awesome modern feel to it. I am so glad I have found such a great place to call home!
Such a fantastic place to live; all of the apartments are new and up to date on all appliances. Not only are the apartments nice but the pool is absolutely beautiful with a grill there to cook at and hang out. R.J. the manager did a great job running the place and making sure everything was an easy process. Besides the elegance of the place, all o the neighbors are super friendly and nice to be around. The location is key, old town is right around the corner so it was for a great social life as well.
I have lived at this property for over 2 years. If you are looking for a home not just an apartment you have found it!
Our pool is amazing and open 24 hrs, nice. Friendly neighbors, we walk to to Carlsbad Tavern and crawl home some times!
The Staff RJ and Jon are always there to help and take care of you!
