I lived in a 2-Bedroom at San Prado for 2 years. We loved this apartment complex and thought it was one of the best in the area while my wife got her Master's Degree at Thunderbird. I always had a great experience with the staff, any time I needed something Kristin (Manager) took care of it right away with a smile. The apartment was more expensive than others but well worth the cost. To highlight this awesome service, even after I moved out the apartment called me to let me know I had a package shipped there. Many places would have done a "return to sender" since I didn't live there anymore. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area.
I have lived here for a year and half and would easily recommend this to any of my classmates at Midwestern University. It's quiet, convenient, and management is attentive and helpful. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved that day. Between San Lagos and San Prado, I would recommend living here if you are looking for a smaller and quieter community. I will look for Mark Taylor apartments in the future.
I've been living in Prado for a while, and this is the best living you could have in the West Valley. From the moment I stepped into the main office for a walk-through till now, I have never regretted choosing San Prado over San Lagos. Mark Taylor in general is a wonderful company, but the management and maintenance people are what set them apart from the other Mark Taylor apartments. I study at Midwestern, so having a quiet place to study at home is extremely vital for the time I spend here.
