Super inviting community. The front office staff is very helpful and open. The price is fair also. They are building onto the community as well with even newer homes!
Loved living here. Open concept, huge walk in closets, community events, door garbage pick up, resort style pool, large patio, clean gym, beautiful landscape that attracts humming birds. The only reason we moved is because of husband's job relocation. Tanya at the office is professional and kind. Highly recommended doing a walk-through and decide if it's the right fit for you. Nothing negative to say, both husband and I have graduate degrees and enjoyed living with other professional kind individuals. Bbq's around the whole complex are a plus especially around football season.
The management were professional. People always feel they have to say the last word even when they are the ones who break the rules. As for our review NO COMPLAINS. Wished we could have stayed longer.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize a member of the San Hacienda staff. Mike, a member of the maintenance crew, is such an amazing person to have within the property. He always waves and is welcoming to everyone he passes. More recently, there was an incident at the pool during the showing of the UFC 200 fight. Mike was enjoying his time off watching the fight and stepped in to help with the situation. While he is somewhat required to assist due to cameras, he missed most of the fight. Thank you again to Mike, and thank you San Hacienda for being my home for three years!
