I have lived here one year and just resigned my lease. Very happy with this complex the amenities are great and any issues are handled promptly. The office staff bend over backwards to help you with anything you need and I have great neighbors. What more can you ask for?
I've been living at Remington ranch for a little over a month. So far it's been great. The leasing staff is very friendly and they are always super helpful! The amenities are great. The gym and pools are beautiful and there are lots of trees and grass (which sounds like it should be a given but we are in Arizona after all). Dogs are welcome. Everyone I have met here so far has been very nice. I've lived in "luxury" apartments before and I didn't feel very comfortable going out for walks alone or going to the pool by myself. Here I feel very safe. The community is gated and I have yet to hear anyone partying. I definitely recommend living here :)
I've lived here for about 6 months and it's been great! I love the area, and the complex. The amenities are awesome. Pool, spa, trash valet, business and fitness center. Close to Westgate. I would definitely recommend Remington to others. If you're thinking about living here, call and ask for Stephanie! She's the best! She'll help you with anything and answer all your questions. All the girls are great but Stephanie is top notch!
