Just to clarify, Borrego is separate from Azul although they are side by side.
Borrego is a fantastic place to live. You cannot go wrong living at a Mark-Taylor complex. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional; we were impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable the staff were upon arrival.
The actual apartments are well kept and smell clean.
The atmosphere at Borrego is fantastic! We love our little community here. It is a great place to live. I highly recommend it!
I moved to Borrego at the end of December 2014 after living in Peoria for 3 1/2 years...in an apartment I absolutely LOVED, might I add. I didn't think that I'd find a place that would measure up to my old apartments but the community, the area of Gilbert, the staff at the Borrego at Spectrum office, the maintenance guys, and my apartment home has far surpassed what I expected. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place and great people!!
