I really like the apartment lay-out and I love the location...very close to everything. The staff is great and maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. My one and only negative comment would be that the appliances are very cheap and I would love a better grade washer & dryer with more settings, as well as a better dishwasher. The stove and fridge are ok. But, all in all, this really is a very nice place to live and I intend to continue living here for a long time.
Management and maintenance crew fantastic! I have lived here almost 6 months and would like to share an experience that took place this week. The air conditioning in my apartment started blowing warm air at 10 p.m. on Sunday night. I called the maintenance line and left a message expressing my concern with no air conditioning in the summer heat of AZ. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The emergency maintenance man said that the earliest he could get there was 7 a.m. because he wasn't able to check the air unit in the dark on the roof. He offered a hotel stay for the night, but I declined as I had family close. It turned out the air unit needed a new part and it would not arrive until the next day. The manager called me while I was at work the next morning and informed me of this. She apologized said I could stay in a suite they had on the property until it was fixed. She even offered to move my two cats into the suite since I was at work and it was going to be a hot day of 116 degrees. The issue has been resolved and I am so impressed with the way Club Cancun handled the situation. I have lived in several different apartment communities and this one is by far the best! I highly recommend Club Cancun!!
