Mark-Taylor Sweeps the Maintenance Awards at AMA Tributes
Apartment Manager Also Wins
Phoenix, Ariz. (June 13, 2006) – Mark-Taylor Residential swept all of the maintenance categories at the 2006 Arizona Multihousing Association Tributes Awards, honoring excellence in the multi-housing industry.
Cleaning up were three of the company’s maintenance leaders. Ricky Caraballo, from Mark-Taylor’s San Marbeya community in Tempe, was honored with Maintenance Technician of the Year. Named Maintenance Supervisor of the Year for 1-199 units was Drue Schafer, who works at Mark-Taylor’s San Cabrilla community in Scottsdale. Rounding out the “upkeep trifecta” was Mark Wilson, of Mark-Taylor’s San Lagos community in Glendale who was named Maintenance Supervisor of the Year for a community with more than 200 units.
Mark-Taylor Residential took home one more award from the industry celebration. Lisa Walker, of San Prado apartments in Glendale, was named Apartment Manager of the Year for a community with 1-199 units.
